Plan has been aborted. Just couldn't stand the hunger pangs!! So much for dieting :(
However, I managed to come up with a 'brilliant' plan - that it is more effective if you loose weight after pregnancy with the confinement food, strict protocols, and the traditional urut and bengkung. So henceforth, I shall only start to shed off my pounds AFTER pregnancy. Plus, the effect is so much more noticeable!
Right now, I need to concentrate on keeping my womb healthy by eating. Heh!
